It is your immune function that is going to protect you in times of need, and good immune health only comes naturally. In this crash course anatomy and physiology we talk some of the basics of the human body and how it wards off the constant threat of invaders trying to attack and take over. Your body has the innate components to go to battle in times of need, it is just a matter of taking care of your immune health so it can take care of you.
