Quality sleep should be a BIG priority if you’re trying to lose fat. Having a healthy, regular sleep schedule helps reduce stress, regulate your fat storing, and hunger hormones! 5 hacks that can help you improve your sleep are:
- Cutting out caffeine by the afternoon
- Power down! Turn off phones and TVs an hour before bedtime.
- Reserve the bed for sleep only
- Aromatherapy! The scent of lavender can be used to fall asleep, and stay asleep.
- Avoid heavy meals before bedtime.
