Vitamin C Flush results are pretty incredible. I have used this as a way to flush out the colon for many years. When clients use this, they flush out candida, bacteria, and all kinds things living in the gut. The vitamin C flush protocol starts with taking 1000-2000 mg of buffered vitamin C every hour until you reach bowel saturation point. At this point, you will get watery stool and the flush is over. The one thing that is important to note is that if you are sick, you may need to take more vitamin C in order to reach saturation point.

In this video, I am talking about the vitamin c flush benefits. Now this is something I recently did in a 3 day fast. And if your following me on Instagram you sent me a lot of questions going; “what is a vitamin C flush”. As a matter of fact, if your not following me over here on Instagram be sure to do so because when I do things like water fast and dietary stuff I am always sharing it in my Instagram stories. So, a lot of people saw I did a vitamin C flush on the 3rd day of my water fast and they were wondering why did you do that? What was the purpose of it? Lets go and discuss what a vitamin C flush is and how you can use it.

First of all, when we look at a vitamin C flush basically what it is your taking vitamin C until you reach saturation point and then it cleanses out the body. You can use it if your feeling run down. So let’s say you have a lot of fatigue going on, not feeling well. You can use a vitamin C flush there to kind of give you a boost. If you find like you are starting to get sick, let’s say your getting the flu, a bacterial infection, a viral infection, your getting something going on, so using a vitamin C flush is powerful here too. Then, lastly, you can use it at as a gut cleanse and that’s how I used it. I specifically used it as a gut cleanse while fasting. So the 3rd day of my water fast, I did a vitamin C flush and I will tell you how to do it in a minute. The reason for that is because you want to cleanse out those pathogens and candida, all that stuff in your gut. And it’s much more susceptible to being cleansed out of the gut on the 3rd day of a water fast, versus on a regular day where your going about eating and everything else. So anyway, using the vitamin C flush with the fast combines is very powerful. And let me tell you I have seen the vitamin C flush really flush some nasty stuff out of people over the years on a water fast. So, lets go ahead and talk about now how to do it.

First of all, you’re going to begin in the morning. You’re going to wake up in the morning, you’re going to start taking vitamin C, you’re going to use a powder vitamin C, you’re going to take 1000-2000 mg of vitamin C every hour. Now here is the deal when you look at that vitamin C, you essentially, what your going to want to do is be taking more of it if you are someone who is sick. So if you have something going on in your body you will take more to reach that bowel saturation point. So 1000 – 2000 mg of vitamin C hourly, you’re going to repeat it hourly until you reach that bowel saturation. It gives you watery stool. And that doesn’t just mean you have bowel movement, it means you actually have watery stool. Once you have reached the point where you have watery stool, you stop the vitamin C. At that point, it’s over. So anyway, it’s really powerful for cleansing the gut and that’s how I was using it. I was using it while fasting, I was using it on the last day of my fast and then from there it just helped cleanse everything out.

And the last thing I wanted to mention, you want to use a specific type of vitamin C. You want to use a buffered vitamin C and I will go ahead and put a link in the description below. The reason you want to use a buffered one because it’s not going to be as acidic. It’s not going to be as harsh on the gut. You might get away with it if your someone who is not fasting but especially if your using it while fasting, you definitely want to use that buffered vitamin C because your gut has just been healing and there has been a lot of change in the gut. We want to make sure we go in gently and that buffered Vitamin C is going to help us do that. Now you can also do this while eating, you do not have to do this while fasting. You can do it any day of the week and you can do it while eating. I prefer to do it at the end or the last day of the fast.
