The benefits of apple cider vinegar are amplified when you ad many of the ingredients we use like ginger, cinnamon, lemon, lime, and fresh fruit. If you are someone who is on the ketogenic diet or someone who uses fasting you will simply remove the sweetener and they still taste great.

In this video I’m going to show you my top 5 apple cider vinegar drinks.

In this video we’re talking about the top five apple cider vinegar drinks that I absolutely love. I know many of you know the huge benefits that apple cider vinegar benefits has on your body. Not only does it help with weight loss, but ph because it is high in acidic acid. If you want to learn more about the health benefits of apple cider vinegar, check out the video I did on it because it explains that whole process.
But in this video in our top drinks I want to mention out of convenience that you can actually go and buy apple cider vinegar drinks. They come in little bottles like this, very convenient and you are still going to get great benefits from it. The difference is each one of these costs about $2.50 – $3.00 as to where these are going to cost you probably between $0.05-$0.10 because it is very inexpensive to buy a bottle of apple cider vinegar and make all these drinks.
The first one we are going to talk about first is the berry lemonade. This one is really excellent. Matter of fact if you are in the hot sun and you want a really refreshing drink, this is it right here. What this has in it is 2 tablespoons of berries in it, we put strawberries in it. 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and it also has 1 tablespoon of lemon and 2 cups of water. Now if you actually want to add a little sweetness to it you can add a couple drops of stevia or a little honey as well. When we talk about stevia in this video we’re talking about the Sweet Leaf, sweet drops right here. This is what we’re using so that we can actually have a 0-calorie sweetener that is safe and it is also gives the drink a little bit of sweetness so that it is a little bit more enjoyable for the people who are looking for that.
Moving on to the next one we have the apple cider vinegar refresher, once again this one is super refreshing, really great drink. Many people have this one as their favorite, though it is not my favorite a lot of people love it. What we will find in this one is a ¼ teaspoon of ginger, which is really great as a anti-inflammatory. It also has these true lemon packets now these true lemon packets are there to just add a unique flavor to it. You can get these all types of flavors. You can put one of those packets right in there with the ginger and add 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and 2 cups of water and you have the apple cider vinegar refresher. This one is really great tasting, and a lot of people lot it. It is probably the peoples favorite I should say.
Now moving over to the limeaid. This one is excellent, and I’m going to say their all excellent because I really like all of them. I just like some more than others. Now this one hs 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in it and it also has 2 tablespoons of lime in it and then 5 drops of stevia and 2 cups of water. So this one is very refreshing as well. It has this lime that is loaded with antioxidants and it has tons of great health benefits, you get that apple cider vinegar in there, really great tasting one. You can put stevia in there if you don’t want to put the stevia in it and want to use it as a fasting drink then by all means go ahead and do that.
The next one on our list is the hot cayenne apple cider vinegar drink. This one is really excellent whether it’s early in the morning or late at night. If you want a warm beverage that has a lot of healing benefit to it then stick to this, it tastes really good. It has a dash of cayenne pepper which has a ton of healing benefits. It also has cinnamon which is great for glucose metabolism, insulin activity and sensitivity, then it also has 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and also 2 tablespoons of honey and so this one taste really great, really awesome, taste like a warm apple pie or somewhere on that list.
Now, the last one on our list is apple cider vinegar and honey drink. This one is really refreshing to drink in the morning. That is my most favorite time to have it. What it has in it is 2 cups of this Pellegrino sparkling water in it, 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and a ¼ teaspoon of honey in it. This is the most refreshing drink first thing early in the morning, love it for that.
Now what I want to do is tell you guys a couple tips to make these all taste better. First of all, lots of ice. That is one of my top strategies when it comes to apple cider vinegar drinks, lots of ice makes them so much more refreshing. Now the other thing that you could do with these is you can add Himalayan sea salt. This is really good for people who are using apple cider vinegar drinks on keto or their using it for fasting and the reason for that is because it is loaded with 80 trace minerals including magnesium, potassium, and it is really good at restoring, replenishing those electrolytes in the body. The other thing that you can add to it which a lot of people are familiar with is putting a little bit of cream of tartar in them. It doesn’t change the flavor but what it does is adds a lot of potassium. The people once again that are fasting, or on ketosis, they really want to get that extra potassium so that they can boost those levels up in their body as they are typically lower when you’re doing ketosis or fasting.
