In this video we are talking about the health benefits of bone broth.
When I first started my health journey bone broth was one of the first things that I discovered and started utilizing and even use it today. It is something that I find to be very helpful for so many health aspects overall.
What bone broth is you take beef bones, chicken bones and throw them in a pot and boil them for 24-48 hours. A lot of the nutrients come out of those bones and then you consume that. You can throw some onions in, some garlic, some herbs, really get it to the taste that you like and then from there you are going to get all the benefits were going to talk about.
Now, bone broth is something that has been used in ancient Chinese and Jewish medicines for years and it still works well today. It is one of those things that are very effective.
Right now, it is a very popular topic and I figured I better share some information on it considering it is something I have used for so long. What we’ll do is talk about all the benefits that bone broth has, then also talk about some of the nutritional components of bone broth that actually gives you these results.
So, first lets talk about gut health. Bone broth boost your gut health.
There are so many people suffering from gut conditions just from the diets that people are eating today and the poor quality of food. The toxins that are on the food, it is tearing down our gut lining, tearing down our guts. There are so many issues out there like leaky gut, so many issues like ulcer all these different conditions out there. Many people are suffering. If we want to actually heal the gut and boost your gut health, bone broth is a really good way to do it.
One of the reasons it works so well is because it has Collagen in it. Collagen is a structural protein that is really going to help support the gut lining and lay down new lining to actually reverse problems like leaky gut.
Another reason that bone broth works so well for gut health is because it has G.A.G in it, essentially what this does is aids in overall gut health. So if we want to improve our gut health be sure to utilize bone broth.
Next one is improves joint function.
When you look at aging, one of the things that happens with aging is our joints start to break down. If you are an athlete, then you also want to support your joints.
