Clinically Proven Ways To Increase Testosterone is a video that shows you a natural way to increase testosterone using incredible lifestyle practices.
One of the biggest health issues that men face today is low testosterone. Once men hit the age of 30, their testosterone levels start to drop, year by year. Not only that, testosterone levels today are already artificially low because of, well, our artificial environment. The world we live, with processed foods and chemicals everywhere, is an incongruent environment for optimal testosterone levels. If men out there want to increase their testosterone to optimal levels, they should look to boost it in a natural way. In this vlog, I’m going to be talking about a number of natural methods that you can use to boost and maintain your testosterone levels, along with some of the benefits you will get!
One of the biggest reasons why you want to boost your testosterone levels is to maintain your bone density. Much like testosterone, the bone density of men decreases as they get older. In fact, studies now show that low testosterone has been established as a major risk factor for osteoporosis in men. By elevating your levels of testosterone, you may be able to improve your bone density as well!
Energy levels can drop when testosterone levels are low, but once your levels are optimized, energy and libido will shoot through the roof! An optimal level of testosterone can also help with cognitive function, the sharpness of the mind, another thing that can start to slip as we get older. Lastly, testosterone contributes to muscle growth, strength, and fat loss.
Diet, exercise and lifestyle play a huge role to increase testosterone naturally.
My favorite way to increase testosterone levels is through strength training. Lifting weights and other kinds of strength training will naturally raise your growth hormone and testosterone levels. High-intensity interval training can be an outstanding method for boosting testosterone.
Getting proper nutrition is also very important to reach optimize levels of testosterone. Make sure you get adequate amounts of fats and protein. About 50% fat, 40% protein, 10% carbs. Cutting back on carbs and sugar will help reduce insulin levels, while raising testosterone levels.

Hi, I’m Dr. Zyrowski from NuVisionExcel.com. If you are new to the channel, it is always a pleasure to have you here. If you want to excel your life and your health then be sure to hit the bell notification and you will be well on your way.
In this video we are talking about clinically proven ways to increase testosterone. This is a big problem for many men today as their testosterone levels are crashing. The reason for it is the environment were living in not an incruent environment for optimal testosterone levels.
At the age of 18 testosterone spikes, and then once we hit the age of 30 research show we lose our testosterone and our testosterone decreases about 1 1/2 percent every year after that. So if we want to increase our testosterone the best way to do it is to go and do it naturally. Doing it naturally is important because health only comes naturally.
Now, when we look at testosterone levels it is important to make sure that they are optimized because people see such great results when they have good healthy testosterone levels. Some of the things that come out of it, we will go through a list of the different benefits of having a optimized testosterone level. Keep reading to learn the ways to Increase testosterone naturally.
First is bone density. So, if you want to have good strong bones testosterone is very important.
Energy levels you know these men who did not have their testosterone levels at the proper place what happens is their energy just shot through the roof.
Libido, it will also have an increase in libido when our testosterone is raised.
Cognitive function, so sharpness of the mind. Testosterone plays a big role in this and why is important to learn the ways to increase testosterone.
Muscle, strength, and fat loss. So, once again you find all these actors going and doing all these testosterone replacement therapies in order to maintain muscle, strength and fat loss.
So if we can do it naturally, the great thing is your going to get all of these things, look more physically fit, feel more physically fit. Just as a result of having those testosterone levels risen.
So, let’s go ahead and talk about how we can do this and the ways to increase testosterone. So first is strength training. Research shows if we do strength training it is going to be very powerful because what strength training does it is going to raise your growth hormone level and when your growth hormone levels rising one thing that is going to rise is our testosterone. If our growth hormone goes up our testosterone is also going to increase with that. So strength training has been researched to be very powerful for that.
Another thing I want to add is high intensity interval training. Doing a high intensity full body interval training workout where your doing a squat, bicep curl, shoulder press is going to be really powerful because you are activating all those muscles at once. You are doing it in short burst your really going to get that hormone boost.
Now, one thing I did want to mention is running can decrease testosterone because it increases stress levels in the body, increase cortisol which will inhibit testosterone production. So if we really want to focus on the most effective way long distance running isn’t going to be one of them. If you want to stick to the running routine adding some high intensity springs will be really powerful.
Next one is nutrition. This is a big problem in today’s world because a lot of people are eating a diet that absolutely crushes testosterone. So when we look at nutrition, making sure we’re looking at fats is very important with hormone production. So, we’re looking at a diet that is 50% fat, 40% protein and then 10% carbs. This is a really good sliding scale percentage that you can work off of.
The next big thing when it comes to nutrition and ways to increase testosterone, is people are eating way too many carbs and way too much sugar. As a result of this is raising insulin levels and insulin is going inhibit testosterone levels. If we want better testosterone levels we need to cut out the sugar and cut out the carbs.
The other big thing with nutrition is estrogen, so many people are eating in a way that is going to increase their estrogen level. Eating poor quality meats that are going to have a lot of different hormones in them. Eating foods from plastic containers, drinking water from plastic containers. Also, when we look at people who are eating high amounts of soy, that can also mimic estrogen in the body. That is gong to inhibit testosterone which is going to cause a fermentation in man. Typically, what we want to make sure we’re doing all the right things to reduce estrogen to make sure were increasing testosterone levels.
Another thing, when it comes to ways to increase testosterone, is Intermittent fasting. If you have not heard me talk about intermittent fasting be sure to check out my other videos because I do tons of videos on this. Intermittent fasting in brief is eating your meals within a 8 hour period, fasting for 16. As a result, research has found there has been a 200% increase in people who are fasting when it comes to raising testosterone.
Now when we look at that 200% increase, it is not a long lasting increase. It is something that if you are continually fasting on a daily basis your are just going to keep boosting up that testosterone levels. Though intermittent fasting raise the levels short term, it is still very powerful because if you are doing it on a regular basis consistently you are going to get those positive effects. If you only do it for one day you will get an increase for one day, do it every day you will get the benefit from that.
Next big one is stress. Stress really prohibits testosterone because it raises cortisol. When you look at things to reduce stress I always look to mindful journaling, meditation, it’s praying, all the different things, proper amount of sleep. There is nothing more powerful than getting adequate sleep to raise testosterone levels. You have to decrease stress in order to decrease cortisol but also make sure your finding these methods in order to help with that stress level and getting adequate sleep.
Next big one is supplementation. So these different tools are important when coming to raising testosterone levels. If you really want to add to that and get that extra boost, supplementation with branched chain amino acids, a good multivitamin, vitamin D, fenugreek, zinc, copper. These supplements are going to be very powerful to raise testosterone. Add those to your regimen.
One bonus tip I want to throw in that I forgot to mention, when it comes to I.F. (Intermittent Fasting), if you do strength training in a fasted state what researchers found is that it will raise growth hormone levels up to 2000 in men and 1300 in women. With raising that you will raise testosterone. That is a bonus tip I forgot to mention earlier.
Implement this if you want to naturally raise your testosterone, it is a very safe way to do it; a very effective way to do it. I have seen so many people who were looking at using testosterone therapy of some sort in order to raise their levels and then they started implementing this and then they went back to their doctor and their testosterone level was just off the charts. This method here is very effective and it works.
